• Home Health Care - 100 visits.
• Immunizations - Covered through age 16, not subject to deductible or copay.
• Contraceptive Coverage – for prescription contraceptive drugs or devices, contraceptive services.
• Hearing Loss –coverage for testing for hearing loss in newborns. Subject to deductible and coinsurance. (Not applicable to Celtic Basic).
• Temporomandibula/Craniomandibular Disorders – medical services,orthotics and surgery included.
• Human Papolloma Virus test – for women 18 years and older. (Not applicable to Celtic Basic).
• Kidney Disease Screening – including lab testing as recommended by the National Kidney Foundation. (Not applicable to Celtic Basic).
• Clinical Trials – coverage for patient cost for cancer trials and clinical trials for other life threatening conditions with therapeutic intent. Certain requirements must be met for coverage. (Not applicable to Celtic Basic).
