7/1/2011 South Dakota Child-only Open Enrollment - Celtic Insurance Company provided this Notice outlining the rights of individuals under the age of 19 to apply for coverage during open enrollment, as was recently enacted by the state of South Dakota. In accordance with the new provision, Celtic is offering children under the age of 19, coverage without regard to health status during the open enrollment period of July 1 through August 15, 2011.

5/1/2011 South Dakota residents using a paper application form should now use state specific application form U5-581-00241-SD for all individual medical insurance. The correct application forms are always automatically used when using the online enrollment system.
