Celtic Insurance agent of record

When a Celtic Insurance policy or application does not indicate that the agent of record is an affiliate of OnlineAdviser then a written change request is required to allow us to provide information or other assistance with your policy. An original written request must be manually signed and should be by mail¹ to the address listed. We can begin providing OnlineAdviser support, however, as soon as a copy of the signed request is received via fax to (800) 609-0683 or e-mail at onlineadviser@celticenrollment.com. As long as we have a copy of your request, we are not required to wait until the change has been processed before providing telephone or e-mail support.

Either print out this page or cut and paste the portion in bold italics below onto your own letterhead.

Help by telephone

A telephone call to the separate OnlineAdviser enrollment support number (800) 609-0683 or Celtic Insurance Company underwriting department at (877) 865-5478 is not useful for this purpose because a request to change or correct agent of record must be made in writing. A telephone call or e-mail is useful, however,  to confirm that your written request has been received.

¹ We suggest that all written correspondence with an insurance company be sent  certified mail or another courier service that provides delivery confirmation.
