As of the beginning of 2011, Celtic Insurance Company issues policies in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NM, OK, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, WI, WV, and WY.

Policies are no longer issued in ten other states where coverage was previously available before implementation of federal and state health reform laws in 2010. Availability of coverage might expand in the future after conflicts triggered by reform provisions are reconciled and resolved.
