We sometimes receive inquiries about "taking over" an application or policy that was previously handled by Ehealth. Perhaps because that organization is geared more toward sales performance, our guests sometimes complain that the sales agent was too pushy, gave confusing information or was not available after the sale. Perhaps you discovered us after an application was submitted and did not know that professional support through OnineAdviser was an available option. While these may be legitimate concerns, Celtic Insurance does not recognize the right of a policyholder to choose a different agent once an application is submitted.
The only way to change the support for an application or policy is to replace it. See how to change agents for more information. Celtic Insurance cautions policyholders that they should not cancel their old policy until the new policy is issued and reviewed to ensure that price and benefits are better or at least as expected.
Although we do not know why, we have noticed an increase in the number of complaints about Ehealth sales practices in the second half of 2011. We wish to clarify that neither this Web site, nor OnlineAdviser or Freedom Benefits is associated with Ehealth. We can not provide any advice or support to an application or policy that was made on Ehealth.
