Highlights of NEW Celticare Preferred Health Plan
The CeltiCare Preferred Health Plan is a customizable individual major medical health insurance plan providing quality, flexibility and value. Covering a wide variety of health needs and budgets, this plan offers a range of important benefits and features plus extra money-saving options:
- available to healthy individuals age 6 months to 64 1/2 and their dependents
- online quoting and enrollment - no medical exam required
- includes first dollar preventative care coverage
- Healthy lifestyle incentive
- $7,000,000 lifetime maximum coverage
- includes Rx coverage with no deductible; $20 co-pay for generic drugs
- deductible choices from $500 to $5000
- co-insurance choice of 80%/20% or 100%/0%
- three plan design choices: Select PPO, "Any Doc" PPO ($35 office visit co-pay), and Managed Indemnity
- optional coverage includes enhanced prescription drug option, supplemental accident option, and term life insurance (not available in all states)
The new CeltiCare Preferred and Enhanced CelticSaver HSA Health Plans are available for July 1, 2008 effective dates in AR, AZ, CO, DC, MI, OH, SC, SD, WI and WY. These plans will be available August 1, 2008 in DE, LA, MS and TX; and available for quoting August 2, 2008 for effective date of October 1, 2008 or later in AK, IL, IN, KS, MO, OK, TN and WY. The plans will be introduced in additional states as they are approved.
